Shipping Policy Coco-Zen makes everything to order so that you receive the freshest product possible. When shipping your order we use special packing materials to prevent damage during transit so that your order arrives in perfect shape.All orders are shipped within five (5) business days of receipt, with the exception of peak holiday periods. If there is a delay, you will be notified. Shipping costs are calculated automatically - prices may vary from region to region. We do not ship to AP, FPO, or PO Boxes. Orders containing chocolate truffles: Due to the highly perishable nature of our chocolate truffles, we ship orders containing chocolates Monday through Thursday. However, what day your order is shipped depends upon when we receive your order, the shipping destination, and the shipping method chosen (see Shipping Options below for details on shipping days and transit times). We avoid shipping chocolates over a weekend. *We highly recommend that chocolate orders are shipped via Priority Mail for destinations outside of California. Orders containing only Chocolate Body Treats: We ship Monday through Friday. Shipping Options We ship everything via the US Postal Service and offer the following shipping options: Express Mail (1-2 days) - Ships out Monday through Thursday. Priority Mail (2-3 days) - Ships out Monday through Wednesday. 1st Class/Parcel Post (up to 10 days)* - We offer this as a minimal cost option. However, for chocolate orders with destinations outside of California, we highly recommend against shipping by 1st Class/Parcel as it may take over 3 days in transit and may sit in a warm warehouse over a weekend. Ships out Monday through Wednesday. *Warm Weather & Climates: We do not guarantee chocolates shipping 1st Class/Parcel Post to warmer destinations or during warmer months (May 1 to October 14). The heat will melt the chocolate. We advise that you upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Express Mail.
