	Chocolate Chai Spice Blended ganache of milk & dark chocolate steeped in chai inspired spices, then enrobed in milk chocolate and drizzled with dark chocolate. *One of our founding flavors.
	Chocolate Chai Spice (vegan) Dark chocolate ganache made with organic coconut milk instead of organic cream, steeped in the same chai inspired spices as our regular Chocolate Chai Spice truffles, then enrobed in dark chocolate with a light dusting of ground cinnamon.
	Chocolate Covered Coconut (vegan) Decadent chocolate ganache made from dark chocolate, organic coconut milk and organic coconut butter, then enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with a sprinkling of shredded coconut.
	Chocolate Espresso Bean (vegan) Deep dark chocolate ganache made with organic coconut milk gets a shot of Fair Trade organic espresso, then enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with a roasted espresso bean.
	Chocolate Latte Milk chocolate ganache made with Fair Trade organic espresso and organic heavy cream, then enrobed in milk chocolate and topped with a roasted espresso bean.

Nut Butter Collection
Our Nut Butter truffles are made with pure organic nut butters - just ground nuts and a dash of salt.

	Almond Nut Butter Milk chocolate ganache made with organic almond nut butter, then enrobed in milk chocolate and topped with a roasted almond slice.
	Hazelnut Butter Milk chocolate ganache blended with organic hazelnut butter, then enrobed in milk chocolate and topped with half roasted hazelnut - reminiscent of a classic European flavor.
	Peanut Butter Made with a milk chocolate ganache blended with organic peanut butter, then enrobed in milk chocolate and topped with a half roasted peanut - a grown-up version of a childhood classic.

Summer Collection (seasonal)

	Strawberries & Chocolate (vegan) Organic summer strawberries from our local farmer's market are slow roasted for almost 3 hours, intensifying their flavor, and then blended into a dark chocolate ganache with a touch of organic coconut milk - subtle, yet quite fragrant...a sophisticated treat.
	Raspberries & Chocolate (vegan) Organic summer raspberries from our local farmer's market are slow roasted, and then blended into a dark chocolate ganache with a touch of organic coconut milk - the bright tartness of the raspberries combined with the rich intensity of the dark chocolate creates an amazing burst of flavor.
